As in the case of other products, we source our timber & boards not only from the choicest grades but also from forests which are sustainable in nature.

MDF

Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is a uniform density panel with a fine and smooth surface ideal for shaping and routing. MDF is a type of engineered wood product that is made out of wood fibre. MDF can be easily painted, cut, machined and neatly drilled without splintering and chipping.

We deal in the following types of MDF sourced from Malaysia, Thailand, Spain and Germany:

• Plain MDF : 4’x8’ (2.5 mm to 40 mm thick)

  : 6’x12’ (12 mm to 40 mm thick)

• MR MDF : 4’x8’ (6 mm to 18 mm thick)
• FR MDF : 4’x8’ (6 mm to 18 mm thick)
• Melamine MDF : 4’x8’ (3 mm to 18 mm thick)

  : 6’x12’ (12 mm to 18 mm thick)

Plywood

Plywood is a manufactured wood panel made from thin sheets of wood veneer. Plywood layers (called veneers or plys) are glued together, with adjacent plies having their wood grain rotated relative to adjacent layers up to 90 degrees.

We deal in the following types of Plywood sourced from Indonesia, Malaysia and Canada :

• Bendy Plywood (Flexible Plywood) : 4’x8’ (3 mm to 8 mm thick),Long Grain/ Cross Grain
• Veneered Plywood : 4’x8’ (4 mm thick)

Door Core

Utmost is one of the leading suppliers of door cores.
